Rodrigo Paz Wins Bolivian Presidential Election

In Bolivia, Senator Rodrigo Paz won Sunday's presidential election,
defeating another right-wing candidate, former President Jorge "Tuto"
Quiroga. Paz's election marks the end of nearly 20 years of rule in
Bolivia by MAS, the Movement Toward Socialism party, which first came to
power in 2006 with the election of Evo Morales. Rodrigo Paz is the son
of former Bolivian President Jaime Paz Zamora.
