Local Somali Media Report U.S. Airstrike Killed 12 Civilians, Including 8 Children

Local media outlets in Somalia are reporting that 12 Somali civilians,
including eight children, were killed Sunday in a suspected U.S.
airstrike. So far this year, the U.S. is believed to have carried out
nearly 100 strikes in Somalia targeting the group al-Shabab.
