Immigration Judges Toss Over a Dozen Cases Involving Men Expelled to Salvadoran Prison

NBC News is reporting immigration judges have moved to dismiss at least
14 cases involving immigrants who were expelled without due process to
an El Salvador mega-prison under the Alien Enemies Act, despite ongoing
legal challenges over Trump's invocation of the 1798 wartime law. One of
the recently dismissed asylum cases involves Andry Hernández Romero, a
gay makeup artist from Venezuela, who was apparently expelled because he
had tattoos.
