European Union to Review Israel Ties; Spanish Parliament Urges Arms Embargo on Israel

The European Union's foreign policy chief said Tuesday the 27-nation
bloc will review its political and economic agreements with Israel over
the "catastrophic" situation in Gaza. Separately, Spain's parliament
passed a nonbinding resolution Tuesday calling on the government to
impose an arms embargo on Israel.
