Law Firm Skadden Arps Agrees to Provide $100M in Pro Bono Work to Avoid Trump Sanctions

Another major law firm has agreed to cut a deal with President Trump.
The firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom has agreed to provide more
than $100 million in pro bono work for initiatives backed by the Trump
administration in an effort to avoid being sanctioned by the White
House.

Meanwhile, another firm, Perkins Coie, has opted to challenge Trump's
sanctions, but the Financial Times reports other large firms are
refusing to sign a brief supporting Perkins Coie amid concerns they will
face retaliation by the Trump administration.
