New York County Clerk Refuses to Enforce Texas Penalty Against NY Abortion Provider

A New York county clerk refused to enforce a fine from Texas, issued to
penalize a New York doctor for prescribing online abortion pills to a
Texas patient. The Ulster County clerk cited New York state's shield
laws. The case is expected to eventually land at the U.S. Supreme Court.
