Sudanese Army Declares "Khartoum Is Free" After Seizing Capital Airport

In neighboring Sudan, army chief Abdel Fattah al-Burhan declared
"Khartoum is free" after his forces seized Khartoum airport from the
rival paramilitary Rapid Support Forces. RSF fighters have been fleeing
the capital in droves after the Sudanese army recaptured key sites in
Khartoum over recent days.
