Pentagon Appeals Judge's Order Freezing Purge of Transgender Military Members

Pentagon chief Pete Hegseth said he is appealing a ruling by a federal
judge Tuesday which blocked the Trump administration's ban on
transgender military members. U.S. District Judge Ana Reyes ruled the
sweeping ban violates the Constitution's Equal Protection Clause, and
called it "soaked in animus."
