U.S. Transfers More Immigrants to Guantánamo

The Trump administration transported another 15 immigration prisoners
from Texas to Guantánamo Bay in Cuba Sunday, days after it transferred
177 Venezuelan citizens to Honduras where they were transferred to
Venezuelan custody. This comes amid reports Trump is preparing to use
military sites across the U.S. to detain undocumented people who have
been designated for deportation.
