At Least Nine Die in Kentucky in Devastating Flood

In Kentucky, at least nine people are dead after a weekend of torrential
rains, gushing winds and massive floods that inundated entire roads and
homes. At least one other person died in Georgia as a powerful storm
swept through parts of the Southeast.
