Trump Delays Plans to Raise Tariffs on China

President Trump has delayed plans to impose sweeping tariffs on China -
just hours before they were set to take effect. An executive order
signed by Trump Monday locks in place until November 10 a 30% U.S.
tariff on Chinese imports, with Beijing putting a 10% tariff on U.S.
imports. Trump previously threatened tariffs on China as high as 245%.
