Trump Fires Biden-Appointed Board Members of U.S. Holocaust Memorial, Including Doug Emhoff

President Trump has fired some of former President Biden's nominees to
the board that oversees the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum. Among those
fired is Doug Emhoff, the husband of former Vice President Kamala
Harris, who was appointed to a five-year term on the board in January.
In a statement, Emhoff wrote, "Holocaust remembrance and education
should never be politicized. To turn one of the worst atrocities in
history into a wedge issue is dangerous."
