Hungary Amends Constitution to Ban LGBTQ+ Pride Events

Lawmakers in Hungary have approved a constitutional amendment banning
public events by the LGBTQ+ community, including Pride celebrations. The
amendment also enshrines the principle that Hungary only recognizes two
genders, male and female, in line with Prime Minister Viktor Orbán's
far-right agenda.
