1,600 Israeli Ex-Soldiers and Intelligence Agents Demand End to Assault on Gaza, Return of Hostages

In Israel, over 1,600 former Israeli paratroopers, soldiers and
intelligence agents have signed a letter demanding a ceasefire deal that
would see the release of all remaining hostages - even if that means an
end to Israel's assault on Gaza. The open letter reads in part, "We
identify with the assertion that, at this time, the war serves mainly
political and personal interests rather than security interests."
