Kentucky Sheriff Charged with Murdering District Judge After Courthouse Argument

In Kentucky, Letcher County Sheriff Shawn Stines was arrested Thursday
and charged with first-degree murder for fatally shooting District Judge
Kevin Mullins after an argument in the judge's chambers. Authorities say
they're still investigating a motive in the killing.
