PA Judge Allows Elon Musk to Go Ahead with $1M Daily Giveaway Scheme for Swing State Voters

A Pennsylvania judge on Monday declined to halt Elon Musk's $1 million
daily giveaway to swing state voters who sign on to his super PAC
pledge. Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner had sought to shut
down the scheme, calling it an "illegal lottery."
