Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor Not Resigning Before Biden Leaves Office

Sources close to liberal Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor say she
has no intention to resign. Some Democrats have privately pushed the
70-year-old justice to step down to give President Biden a chance to
nominate a successor before Trump takes office on January 20. Meanwhile,
a coalition of groups have announced plans to hold a "People's March on
Washington" on January 18, two days before Trump's inauguration. Protest
organizers include Planned Parenthood, the ACLU and the Women's March.
