Blaze at South Korea Battery Plant Kills at Least 22

In South Korea, at least 22 workers are dead after a fire broke out at a
lithium battery plant operated by Aricell. Firefighters say exploding
battery cells set off the fire. Authorities have advised nearby
residents to stay indoors with their windows shut to minimize inhaling
smoke from the blaze.
