Says $4B in Aid Needed for Sudan as It Faces Humanitarian Tragedy ---------------------------------------------------------------------- The U.N. is appealing for over $4 billion in aid for Sudan, which is facing some of the world's worst internal displacement and hunger crises after months of fighting between the Sudanese army and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces.
