Southern States Brace for Hurricane Debby as It Makes Landfall in Florida

Florida, Georgia and South Carolina are bracing for possible
catastrophic flooding from Hurricane Debby, which made landfall today in
the Florida Big Bend area. Some areas could face up to 30 inches of rain
in the coming days.
