Russia Launches Wave of Attacks on Ukraine

At least three people died overnight in Ukraine as Russia launched a
barrage of drone and missile strikes targeting critical infrastructure,
including power and water supplies, across the country. The attacks come
a day after five Russian civilians were killed in a Ukrainian strike on
the Russian city of Belgorod.
