Ahead of Blinken Visit, China Condemns U.S. for Placing Missile Launchers in the Philippines

Secretary of State Tony Blinken is arriving in China today for three
days of talks in Beijing. On Tuesday, China accused the United States of
"stoking military confrontation" by deploying new powerful missile
launchers in the Philippines as part of an ongoing military exercise
involving nearly 17,000 U.S. and Filipino troops.
