Chinese Leader Xi Jinping to Skip G20 Summit in India

Chinese President Xi Jinping will skip the G20 summit when it convenes
in India next weekend. On Monday, China's Foreign Ministry said Premier
Li Qiang would instead lead China's delegation to talks in Delhi. This
comes amid a worsening border dispute between China and India, with
thousands of troops deployed to a disputed region of the Himalayas.
