Shooter on the Loose After Injuring 5 People at Morgan State Homecoming Event

In Maryland, five people were shot at Morgan State University in
Baltimore Tuesday night. Police have not yet located a suspect in the
shooting, which happened during a homecoming week event at the
historically Black school. The victims are not in critical condition.
