Kamala Harris Embarks on Africa Tour in Hopes of Countering Russian and Chinese Influence

Vice President Kamala Harris has begun a week-long tour of Africa.
During her first stop in Ghana, Harris said the Biden administration is
committed to increasing economic investments across the continent.
Harris will also visit Tanzania and Zambia as the U.S. seeks to counter
Africa's growing ties with Russia and China.
