North Korea Fires Missiles as U.S. Holds New Round of War Games with South Korea

North Korea has fired two short-range ballistic missiles into waters off
its eastern coast. It was the second such test in three days and came as
the U.S. and South Korea launched 11 days of war games in a major
military exercise dubbed "Freedom Shield."
