Winter Storms Put 15 Million Under Flood Watch in California and Nevada

California residents are bracing for more extreme weather as another
"atmospheric river" has put some 15 million people in California and
Nevada under flood watches. In Northern California's Monterey County,
the Pajaro River breached a levee over the weekend, triggering an
"uncontrolled flow" of water into the surrounding areas and forcing
thousands of people to flee their homes.
