West Coast Dockworkers Agree to Tentative Union Contract

The International Longshore and Warehouse Union has reached a tentative
agreement on a six-year labor contract covering some 22,000 dockworkers
at all 29 ports along the West Coast. The deal, which is subject to
ratification by members, caps more than a year of negotiations after the
union's previous contract expired last July.
