In the Caribbean, marine biologists are warning that unprecedented ocean
heat is further stressing a coral reef system that's already on the
brink of collapse. This week the Farmers Insurance company said it would
no longer cover properties in Florida, citing increasingly frequent
extreme weather and flooding events caused by the climate crisis.
