Spain Faces Highs of 45°C as Report Finds 2022's Heat Wave Killed 61,000+ in Europe

Southern Europe is baking under an unrelenting heat wave, with parts of
Spain forecast to top 45 degrees Celsius, or 113 degrees Fahrenheit.
This week a report in the journal Nature Medicine found Europe's
historically hot summer last year resulted in more than 61,000 premature
deaths.
