Japan Moves Closer to Opening World's Largest Nuclear Power Plant

Japan is moving closer to reopening the world's largest nuclear power
plant, which was shut down following the Fukushima nuclear disaster in
2011. Earlier today, Japan's nuclear regulator lifted its safety ban on
the plant, which is run by Tokyo Electric Power, or TEPCO. Local
government bodies still need to sign off on the plant's reopening.
