Louisiana Ex-Trooper Acquitted for Beating Black Motorist During Traffic Stop

In Louisiana, an ex-trooper was acquitted of violating the civil rights
of Black motorist Aaron Larry Bowman. Former trooper Jacob Brown struck
Bowman at least 18 times as he was pinned to the ground and repeatedly
said, "I'm not resisting."
