Explosion at Gas Station in Russian Republic of Dagestan Kills at Least 35

The government of the Russian Republic of Dagestan has declared a day of
mourning after at least 35 people were killed and 100 injured by a
massive explosion at a gas station. At least three of the dead were
children. Russian authorities have begun a criminal investigation.
