Nebraska Judge Upholds Ban on Abortion & Gender-Affirming Care for Minors

In Nebraska, a judge has upheld a new statewide ban on abortion after 12
weeks and a ban on gender-affirming care for minors. Ruth Richardson,
the CEO of Planned Parenthood North Central States, decried the ruling,
saying it was a "devastating blow to Nebraskans' fundamental right to
make what should be private decisions between them and their doctors."
