Somali Fighters Kill 21 People, Including 18 Militants
------------------------------------------------------

Somali authorities say U.S.-backed forces killed at least 18 al-Shabab
militants over the weekend. Three civilians are also reported to have
been killed in the fighting. There are roughly 500 U.S. troops in
Somalia. In Washington, D.C., Republican Congressmember Matt Gaetz has
been pushing a War Powers Resolution to remove the troops.
