Toxic Smoke Spewing Over Indiana Town After Massive Fire at Recycling Plant

More than 2,000 residents of eastern Indiana were ordered to evacuate
after a massive fire broke out at a recycling plant Tuesday, releasing a
huge plume of acrid smoke into the air. The fire in the city of Richmond
