Fire at Ugandan School for the Blind Kills 11 People

In Uganda, at least 11 people, most of them children, have died in a
fire that engulfed a dormitory at the Salama School for the Blind in the
district of Mukono while students were asleep. Police have launched an
investigation into the blaze.
