Steve Bannon Vows To Appeal After Receiving Four Month Prison Sentence

A federal judge has sentenced Steve Bannon to four months in prison and
a $6,500 fine for criminal contempt of Congress, after he refused last
year to comply with a subpoena issued by the House Jan 6 committee.
Bannon vowed to appeal and will remain free for now. If his appeal
fails, Bannon would become the first person to be imprisoned for
contempt of Congress in more than half a century.
