Russia Says U.S.-Made Rockets Killed Civilians in Luhansk and Kherson

Russian officials say Ukrainian forces firing U.S.-made HIMARS rockets
killed six people and injured 10 others in the eastern Luhansk region
earlier today. In southern Ukraine, Russia says four civilians were
killed and 13 others injured in missile attacks on the occupied city of
Kherson.
