Israel Kills Four Palestinians as U.N. Warns Occupied West Bank Is "Reaching a Boiling Point"

Earlier today, Israeli forces shot dead four Palestinians, including a
pair of brothers, in the West Bank. At the United Nations, U.N. Special
Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process Tor Wennesland warned
Monday that the situation in the occupied West Bank is reaching a
boiling point.

Tor Wennesland: "Mr. President, after decades of persistent violence,
illegal settlement expansion, dormant negotiation and deepening
occupation, the conflict is again reaching a boiling point."
