Houston Lifts Boil Water Notice for 2 Million Residents

In Texas, the city of Houston has lifted a boil water notice for 2
million residents after a power outage at a city water purification
plant over the weekend. Many businesses were forced to close, and
schools will remain closed through Wednesday as Houston officials review
water samples to determine whether it's safe to drink or use. Many
residents said they didn't hear about the boil water advisory until
Monday, though it was issued a day earlier.
