Missouri Supreme Court Refuses to Halt Execution of Kevin Johnson

The Missouri Supreme Court has refused to halt the execution of Kevin
Johnson despite a special prosecutor's request for a stay in order to
fully investigate how the case was tainted by racism. The court's ruling
was 5 to 2. Johnson, who is Black, is scheduled to be executed today.
