Hurricane Nicole Cuts Power, Creates Storm Surges on Florida's East Coast

Hurricane Nicole made landfall on Florida's east coast early this
morning, before weakening to a tropical storm. Nicole cut power to at
least 82,000 homes and businesses, and brought about coastal flooding,
strong winds and storm surges. It's only the fourth-ever recorded
November hurricane to hit the mainland United States.
