North Korea Launches Suspected Ballistic Missile

North Korea has launched a suspected ballistic missile off its east
coast. This comes about a week after North Korean leader Kim Jong-un
vowed to develop the country's nuclear arsenal at "the fastest possible
speed." Today's test also comes just days before the May 10 inauguration
of South Korea's new president, Yoon Suk-yeol.
