Ginni Thomas Asked Arizona Lawmakers to Help Overturn 2020 Election

Newly released emails show Ginni Thomas, the wife of Supreme Court
Justice Clarence Thomas, personally urged two Arizona state lawmakers to
back efforts to overturn Joe Biden's 2020 election victory. Thomas urged
the Republican lawmakers to choose a "clean slate of Electors" in order
to fight back against what she claimed was election fraud. This comes as
Justice Thomas is facing increasing pressure to recuse himself from
cases related to the 2020 election and the January 6 insurrection, in
part because his wife took part in the January 6 "Stop the Steal" rally
in Washington.
