China Starts 2-Phase Lockdown of Shanghai; Israeli Prime Minister Tests Positive for Coronavirus

In pandemic news, Chinese authorities have launched a two-part lockdown
in its largest city of Shanghai, shutting down half of the city at a
time for mass COVID testing amid an ongoing surge. Shanghai is home to
26 million people.

tested positive for COVID-19 and will work in isolation.
