House Votes 424-8 Against Most Favored Trade Status for Russia, Belarus

The House of Representatives voted overwhelmingly Thursday to sever
normal trade relations with Russia over its assault on Ukraine and to
further sanction Belarus over its support of Russia's military. The bill
now heads to the Senate, where Majority Leader Chuck Schumer has
promised a speedy debate.
