House Jan. 6 Committee to Hold Primetime Public Hearing

After 10 months of meeting in private, the House committee investigating
Donald Trump's attempt to overturn the 2020 election and the deadly
January 6 insurrection at the Capitol will hold its first public hearing
tonight in primetime, at 8 p.m. Eastern. Democracy Now! will live-stream
the hearings at democracynow.org. It will be the first of eight
congressional hearings, modeled in part on the 1973 Watergate hearings.
