Biden Declares Montana a Disaster Area After Yellowstone River Flooding

President Biden has approved a major disaster declaration for Montana
after massive floods forced the closing of Yellowstone National Park.
Heavy rainstorms and melting snowcaps led the Yellowstone River to swell
by more than two feet over its previous high. The raging waters swept
away homes, bridges and roads.
