Russia to Withdraw from International Space Station

Russia has announced plans to withdraw from the International Space
Station after 2024 and build its own orbital station. The United States
and Russia have been the core stakeholders in the project, which has
long been a symbol of cooperation between Washington, D.C., and Moscow
